the stitch mail is a print-by-mail cross-stitch subscription. Each plan is a single, one-time purchase that grants a fixed run of monthly pattern envelopes — three, six, or twelve — each with a printed chart, the exact floss, and a piece of 14-count Aida cloth to stitch the design. A one-time starter kit — three 6-inch embroidery hoops, a few needles, and a small bag — is available as an add-on at checkout. Nothing renews and nothing bills again. A gift is a gift, not a standing charge.
Envelopes mail at the beginning of each month within the United States. To receive next month’s shipment, place your subscription order by the 15th of the previous month.
Example: Order by August 15 to receive the September shipment. Orders placed after August 15 will begin with the October shipment.
We prepare each month’s mailing from your original checkout details. If you move, or if an envelope is lost or damaged, write to us before the next one mails and we will update the address or send a replacement.
Because every plan is a one-time purchase that simply ends on its own, there is nothing to cancel. If you would like it to continue, buy again any time and the patterns pick up where they left off.
If something goes wrong, tell us — we will make it right, including a refund of unmailed patterns where appropriate.
